Unusual time for a sonogram Janis's sonogram

I understand that everybody's flash forward happens at 10pm right? Isn't 10pm kind of unusual for Janis to have a sonogram? I would think that clinics would be close at this hour. Thoughts?

I thought the same...

Maybe she will be in europe at this time that's the only one possibility...
