NEW RULE: Signature Size

Signatures can now be no wider than 550px. Anything wider than that and the pages are thrown out of alignment.
As of right now, there's no rule for signature height, but if the lack of rule gets taken advantage of, then a rule will be made for it.

Most forums that I go on have a limit of 600px wide, which seems to be fairly good.

But alas, when i get home I'll modify my signature to adhere to the guidlines
What's wrong with standin' toe to toe sayin' "I am" ?
